Detox Yoga is a one of a kind course designed to explore the wellness benefits of developing yoga poses through proper spine and joint positioning along with supporting the lymphatic system.

Most yoga injuries develop gradually over years of consistent over-stretching and misalignment. In this workshop, the participant will learn how spinal alignment can influence blood and lymph circulation to keep your body strong and your joints stable to prevent or manage disease activity.

We will explore variations/modifications for best poses and sequence influencing the immune system. Because safety and joint protection are important factors in keeping the body well, we will learn to utilize props and other exercise tools for spinal and joint health

You won’t find a yoga program like this any where. I have specially created a sequence that protects the spine and joints while compressing, stretching and gently moving the body’s fluid naturally the way the Lymphatic System works!
